If you are granted permission to manually add data to a Circle, you have two options to add files; both methods protect files by only allowing other Circle member's devices to access them.
There are additional methods for data to be protected automatically without user interaction. Those policies will be managed by the SecureCircle admin.
Right-click to add method
Simply right-click on any file and select "Add to Circle." If you have access to more than one Circle, the Circle options will appear. SecureCircle will then protect the file and only members of the Circle will be able to open or modify this file. Other members can then share and collaborate with the file using standard techniques such as email, instant messaging, or cloud file sharing.
Drag a file into a Secure Folder
An alternate method to secure files to a Circle is to drag them into a Secure Folder. This is the name SecureCircle has given to a folder which any file placed into it will automatically be added to the Circle.
To create a Secure Folder, right-click the folder and Add to Circle. Now any file placed in the folder will automatically be added to the Circle. Even if the file is moved from the folder at a later time, the protection remains.
